Project Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive in New York with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in the commercial real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have worked on a variety of commercial building projects, demonstrating strong financial and budgeting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-value, complex projects.

As a Project Executive, you will ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget while identifying and reporting risks. A key focus of the role is leading financial aspects, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Manage financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Identify and report project risks and issues
• Conduct site visits to maintain high standards
• Liaise with internal teams and third parties

Requirements

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate
• Proven track record in a similar Project Executive role
• Relevant industry-recognized qualification (degree)
• Experience working on a range of commercial building projects
• Strong financial, budgeting, and communication skills

Pay

Competitive salary in the range of $175,000 – $225,000 per year.
