Project Executive

About the role

A well-established and highly respected general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in the Greensboro market. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing project teams, driving financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven success leading project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• Strong background in project financials, scheduling, safety, quality, and risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• LEED credentials preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial construction projects
• Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive project profitability, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Pay

Base Salary: $175,000 - $210,000
