Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead multifamily projects through all phases, from preconstruction and contract execution through closeout and warranty.
- Provide strategic oversight across financial performance, quality control, scheduling, safety, and risk management.
- Oversee multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals, staffing plans, and resource needs.
- Provide direct, day-to-day oversight of field operations through regular site presence and active engagement with project teams and trade partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in multifamily construction, including leadership of complex projects.
- Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and deliver consistent financial and operational results.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, risk management, and delivery methods.
- Demonstrated success building client relationships and supporting business development efforts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to professionally resolve issues with clients, subcontractors, and other third parties in a timely manner.
- Proficiency with construction management and office productivity software, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project or other web-based or mobile document and project management solutions.
- Experience with Procore Construction Management software preferred.
