About the role
GDIT is seeking a Project Execution Manager to support our DISA J6 Enterprise Transport Management - Next-Gen (DISA J6 ETM-NG) program located in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact and escalation for assigned project.
- Responsible for scope, schedule, and budget management.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure status, risks, and issues are kept up to date for the project.
- Proactively keep assigned government project manager informed.
- Provide input to and maintain the project scope, schedule, and budget for customer requirements.
- Oversee all work and take corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned tasks.
- May serve as technical lead for assigned tasks or customer portfolio.
- Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management.
- Supervise assigned project staff.
- Develop technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
- Review future project requirements and develop strategies for future work.
- May perform high-level technical services on assigned tasks.
- Conduct planning and provide recommendations to client on task workload.
- Attend customer meetings and serve as primary client liaison for project execution.
- Interact with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
- Coordinate development of deliverables and products.
- Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years managing enterprise IT, infrastructure, or networking projects.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Current PMP certification.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Project, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with scope, schedule, and budget management.
- US Citizenship required.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $126,500. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
