About the role
We're looking for a Project Estimator to join our team. This position is remote or hybrid with limited travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Protect profit before the first hammer swings in occupied hotel renovations.
- Partner with nationally recognized hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels on renovation projects throughout the United States.
- Focus on sequencing, guest experience, logistics, and risk management alongside material costs.
- Experience with occupied hotel renovations, Hospitality Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), competitive bid estimating, quantity takeoffs, subcontractor management, and cost analysis and preconstruction planning.
Requirements
MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY RENOVATION EXPERIENCE.

Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
