Project Estimator

Position Summary

The Project Estimator manages the survey process, including proposal estimation, scope determination, client communication, and client relationship building.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the survey process
• Research and estimation of client requests for survey and platting services
• Receiving inbound client requests via phone and email
• Delivering proposals through email, HubSpot, and ERP operating system
• Attending client meetings to facilitate relationship building and professional rapport
• Communicating with clients on job status and answering technical questions
• Adhering to Windrose’s policies, procedures, and work directives
• Maintaining a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years related survey experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of direct client communication and interaction required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel, and other job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions
• Able to communicate and respond to questions professionally and knowledgeably
• Able to solve problems assertively and act proactively
• Able to balance workload and exceed client expectations
