Job Details
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and construction documents to prepare accurate time, cost, material, and labor estimates
- Compute costs for materials, equipment, subcontracted work, and labor across commercial projects
- Develop procurement strategies and build strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Perform Value Management and prepare budget estimates and project schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Estimator preferred
- Proficiency in Destiny (Beck Technology) Estimating Software preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills
