Project Engineer - Water Supply & Wastewater

About the role

V3 Companies is seeking a professional engineer and project manager with 4+ years of experience in our Central Ohio office. The ideal candidate will contribute to significant projects that improve the built and natural world, focusing on modernizing systems that protect public health and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering tasks including concept design, data analysis, calculation, hydraulic and process modeling, sketching, detailed design, report writing, and preparation of bid documents.
• Engage in field activities during design and construction oversight.
• Participate in business development, client and industry engagement, local strategy, project development, and proposals.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including civil, process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and structural engineers, as well as planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and administrators.
• Build strong industry and community relationships.
• Actively engage in V3’s local and company culture, which emphasizes employee and client experience, career growth, and community service.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for water infrastructure and its benefits to communities.
• Graduates of four-year engineering degrees such as civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering.
• Licensed professional engineer with experience in water supply and wastewater infrastructure design and construction administration.
