What You Bring to the Table

• Experience within the Construction Industry
• Ability to read and understand project documents
• Working knowledge of or willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS
• Ability to manage and be part of a team
• Experience utilizing Microsoft products + scheduling software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You Can Expect

This position provides administrative and technical assistance to the Project Management Team. Manage our projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles. Develop and maintain appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, etc. (any project documentation). Review and shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and coordination of work between appropriate parties. Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects. Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors and business partners. Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow and productivity.
