Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to the Project Management Team.
- Manage projects from start to finish, anticipating challenges and overcoming obstacles.
- Develop and maintain appropriate logs for submittals, shop drawings, RFI logs, and other project documentation.
- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documentation requirements and coordination of work between appropriate parties.
- Control the time, cost, and quality of construction projects.
- Cultivate strong relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, workflow, and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience within the Construction Industry.
- Ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and owner agreement terms and conditions.
- Working knowledge of or willingness to learn the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
- Ability to both manage and be part of a team.
- Experience developing strong business plans.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and scheduling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
