Responsibilities

  • Help develop a strong team dynamic and positive work environment.
  • Aid in task and work plan meetings.
  • Provide insight and feedback for the financial performance of the project(s).
  • Manage project specific safety plan in addition to corporate safety plan.
  • Handle change order management creation.
  • Adhere to quality and workmanship standards per contract specifications.
  • Support superintendents and crews with material ordering and quantity management.
  • Cook up supplier and subcontractor coordination for timely progression of work activities.
  • Create and process: submittals and submittal logs, RFI’s material delivery log, etc.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Conflict management & resolution skills.
  • Effective communication with all levels of project stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.
