Project Engineer Stf - E4

For our client, we are seeking a Project Engineer Stf - E4 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role focuses on driving technical project execution across business, IT, and scrum teams to deliver clear functional specifications and integration designs. The position requires strong coordination skills to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and support effective solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment. The ideal candidate will help identify risks, facilitate reviews and workshops, and improve documentation quality with the support of AI tools. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,100 – $243,500 annually Responsibilities Drive the creation of clear, well-structured functional specifications by gathering and documenting business requirements. Translate requirements into detailed integration specifications and interface designs. Partner with diverse stakeholders for cross-team collaboration, including scrum teams and IT. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and integration points with Business Solution Architects. Support identification of risks, issues, and development of mitigation strategies. Lead requirement walkthroughs and support workshops and sprint reviews. Leverage AI tools to draft and improve functional specifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. Significant experience with operations and manufacturing processes or similar environments. Experience leading or working with multifunctional teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. SAP and Apriso experience. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
