Project Engineer, Staff / Secret Clearance / Onsite: Ft Worth, TX
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering or alternative Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree
- Prior technical project leadership experience
- Experience developing and managing project/program schedules (Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar)
- Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams
- Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Already holds minimum of Secret security clearance
Job Description
You will be a Project Engineer for supporting Advanced Development Programs (ADP). You will be responsible for coordinating across engineering teams, ensuring program requirements are met, and delivering project development and process improvements. Own day-to-day engineering execution for assigned programs, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule targets are met. Identify issues, risks, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage technical challenges. Brief Leadership on projects and contract performance status.
Travel to government sites to oversee site surveys and customer interactions
Desired Skills
- Coordination with Classified IT, Cyber and Government Sites for deployment of Infrastructure
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience with Risk and Opportunity management and systems such as ROADS
- Experience with project performance and metric tools such as Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), OpenPlan and Tableau
