Duties And Responsibilities
- Solves design and construction issues during project implementation, ensuring smooth execution and timely problem-solving.
- Integrates sustainable design principles to reduce environmental impact and enhance energy and resource efficiency.
- Conducts structural analyses and feasibility studies to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, constructability, and sustainability.
- Collaborates with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Provides technical guidance and oversight throughout design and construction phases, including site inspections and structural assessments.
- Implements quality assurance protocols to ensure adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintains detailed project documentation and develops innovative solutions to improve outcomes while staying current with industry advancements.
Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience: Typically requires 8 years of related experience. Requires 5 years of regulatory FERC/PHMSA experience and/or equivalent LNG Projects experience.
- Licenses And Certifications: Fundamentals of Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification is preferred.
