Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting business operations from the office, the field, or a combination of both.
- Providing operational support in all phases of the project, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
- Aiding in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Coordinating, reviewing, and tracking submittals and RFI’s to ensure schedules are maintained.
- Incorporating submittal and RFI responses, and drawing revisions into the construction documents to ensure a complete and current set is available at all times.
- Preparing closeout documents consisting of as-built record drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, and warranties.
- Aiding with environmentally responsible and sustainable construction.

Pay Range
Annual Salary $60,000 - $75,000 (bonus potential)
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent field experience.
- Basic knowledge of principles and practices of design and construction, including safety standards.
- Organized with the ability to properly manage time by prioritizing tasks.
- Analytical and possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and writing, and ability to interact and collaborate with coworkers, clients, and outside vendors to provide quality work.
- Self-motivated and committed.
- Show initiative to learn and grow into a leadership position.
- Proficient in the use of computers and other similar technology, and experienced in the use of various software applications, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, and capable of learning new software applications specific to the industry, such as those necessary for estimating, project management, and project controls.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be aware of the physical demands of the construction industry and may be required to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks necessary to the successful completion of projects. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. They may be required to sit and stand for periods of time and travel significant distances in a given day. They must be capable of performing tasks that may require bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing and crawling. Candidates must have the ability to work in all weather conditions.
