Project Engineer-Multifamily (Woodframe)

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising multifamily woodframe construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Coinciding internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing detailed project plans to track progress and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Making measurements of project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Managing the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, specifically with multifamily woodframe construction projects.
• Proven experience in project management from conception to delivery.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
