Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive plans
- Manage teams of skilled professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project performance
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Knowledge of industry-specific codes and regulations

- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
