Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive plans
  • Manage teams of skilled professionals to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize project performance
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Knowledge of industry-specific codes and regulations

Pay

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

  • Full-time position
