About the role

What You'll Be Accountable For:

  • Managing Project Documentation with Accuracy
    • Support the project team by ensuring all documentation is organized, current, and complete.
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates.
    • Track deadlines and maintain accurate records.
    • Ensure information flows reliably between office and field.
  • Supporting Field & Office Coordination
    • Help keep teams aligned by ensuring communication is clear and timely.
    • Aid with look-ahead schedules and work plans.
    • Support subcontractor and vendor coordination.
    • Provide organized meeting notes and follow-up items.
  • Tracking Quality & Progress
    • Help verify that work aligns with drawings and project standards.
    • Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections.
    • Identify discrepancies early and escalate appropriately.
    • Maintain accurate progress reporting.
  • Assisting with Procurement & Materials
    • Support material tracking and ensure documentation is complete.
    • Maintain procurement and material logs.
    • Track deliveries and verify quantities.
    • Report discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
