About the Role
Working alongside senior technical leaders and project managers, you will contribute to project execution, client service, technical analyses, and team collaboration across multidisciplinary projects.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary and mining-related projects.
- Assist Project Managers in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Coordinate technical reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, civil, water resources, environmental, and mining specialists.
- Contribute to project proposals, cost estimates, and business development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Support project risk management and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting engineering, construction, mining, or infrastructure projects.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E. or EIT progressing toward designation).
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Interest in developing project management, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Experience supporting mining, tailings management, heavy civil, energy, or industrial projects is considered an asset.
- Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset.

Pay
Salary range: USD $88,000 – $106,000 per year. Salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
