Project Engineer, Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate product innovation projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement creative solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Communicate with internal and external individuals to keep varying product lines moving forward from the stages they are currently in and provide consistent and reliable follow-up.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in fields such as business, engineering, or innovation management with a concentration in manufacturing.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, typical ERP systems, and Microsoft office product offerings.
• Proficient AI analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in product project management and familiarity with innovation methodologies.
• Ability and interest in keeping others engaged in their portion of stage-gate manufacturing processes.
