Project Engineer- Land Development

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial and multi-family residential projects within the Central Florida area.
• Involved in production design of civil land development projects.
• Participate in site planning and stormwater calculations.
• Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering specifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certificate (required within 6 months of hire).
• 0-3 years of relevant land development experience with site grading, utilities, stormwater management design from the conceptual stage through final design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (a plus).
• Understanding of codes, regulations, and permitting requirements related to the preparation of construction documents (a plus).
