Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of sustainable engineering practices.
• Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
