Job Summary

The Project Engineer 2 is a crucial team member in managing and executing large-scale heavy-highway and heavy-civil construction projects. This role demands a higher level of responsibility than Project Engineer 1, encompassing project oversight, stakeholder communication, risk management, and detailed reporting, while proficiently using specialized software tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction projects, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI), Oracle P6 Scheduling Software, and Autodesk AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure in both field and office environments.

Physical Demands

Ability to work in various outdoor conditions and navigate construction sites. Active involvement in on-site project management and quality control.
