ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submittal & Shop Drawing Reviews
- Project Controls including Document Control, RFI’s, and Schedule Updates
- Daily Subcontractor Management
- Quantity Tracking & Verification including performing work Takeoffs
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Maintains effective communication and coordination on assigned project between all disciplines and all other project assignments

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering; 0-3 years experience in heavy civil and related functions plus thorough knowledge of civil construction industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Excellent skills in P6 scheduling software and excellent computer skills Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, On Center OST, and MS Project.
- High energy level and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Understands and abides by all government processes and regulations.
