Project Engineer (General Contractor)

- Responsibilities:
- Aid in RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation.
- Maintain project management systems including Procore, Bluebeam, and related software.
- Support communication between project teams, subcontractors, architects, and field staff.
- Participate in project meetings and maintain logs/tracking documentation.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Support procurement, scheduling coordination, and material tracking.
- Aid in punch lists, closeout documentation, and quality control efforts.
- Provide support to field operations and superintendents as needed.
- Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of commercial construction experience or related internship/co-op experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, or similar software is a plus.
- OSHA 10 preferred.
