Requirements
- 5+ years' construction experience for large structured cabling projects (data center environments for new builds highly preferred)
- ISP focus
- Auditing experience
- Fiber Assist in leading technicians, size 10-25 RFP/RFI process involvement
- Preparation of closeout documentation
- Validates test results (OTDR, Power Meter, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of safety protocols
- Deep understanding of Quality Control plans and process
- Daily/weekly reporting, issue escalation
- Design and manage dashboards for real-time reporting
- Blueprints and technical drawings (routing for cable pathways/racks)
- Understand and assess installation methods, labor needs, and Client forecasts
- Experience with change management
- Proficiency with MS office, Bluebeam, Procore, or Textura
- Preferred professional certifications: OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of assignment), BICSI TECH
