Project Engineer - Entry Level - Nashville, TN - 2026 - 2027

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer I to join our team on a multi-billion dollar campus project in downtown Nashville, TN. Responsibilities

• Document control (drawing revisions, RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.)
• Assist and support the project team with daily coordination
• Procurement and expediting of construction materials
• Front line Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks and monitoring
• Mock-up coordination and reviews
• Coordination of trade partners
• Production tracking of trade partners and self-perform crews
• Project photography and other documentation for progress reporting
• Manage construction equipment logs with the Superintendent(s)
• Participate in safety management and culture development
• Cost estimating and schedule analysis for change orders
• Project site inspections and checklist completion

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience (can include internships, co-ops, or prior employment)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Computer skills required, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, P6, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.

This role is based in Nashville, Tennessee and is not a project-specific position. Relocation of superior candidates to Nashville will be considered if currently located outside the local market.
