Project Engineer, Electrical

About the role

The Project Engineer, Electrical role is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site weekly. Located in Towson, MD, this role is part of the Charger Electronics team.

Responsibilities

• Design battery chargers for lithium batteries in cordless platforms
• Build working prototypes with technicians to validate designs
• Identify and troubleshoot analog circuitry issues to resolve failures
• Develop charger designs for mass production
• Communicate progress and next steps effectively to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years experience in Electronics Engineering or related field
• Experience with analog hardware design, troubleshooting, DFMEA, and failure analysis
• Knowledge of power electronics and heat dissipation methods
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to create and review engineering documents for manufacturing partners

Pay

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $144,900.00 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors including job level, geographic location, and performance.
