Responsibilities

• Update project schedules
• Process submittals and RFIs
• Aid in the subcontractor procurement process
• Coordinate project delivery and close out

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn new technology utilized in project management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

This full-time, in-office position is located in our Denver, CO office.
