About the role
The Project Engineer – Co-op provides engineering support within a plant manufacturing environment for either one or two terms. This hands-on experience offers entry-level Engineers high visibility and responsibility, with exposure to multi-disciplinary work at various stages of projects. Assignments are "real" and impactful, designed to give students a broad view of manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and implementation of capital projects to improve employee safety, production efficiencies, or product quality.
- Work in a hands-on capacity within a manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- Must have completed at least the first term of sophomore year in school.
- Pursuing an engineering degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial, or Engineering Management.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 required.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
