Project Engineer - Building Group
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro: "Join Team Royal! Why Royal? At Royal Electric Company we provide expert electrical design, construction, and service..." This is about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, but we have a description of company and culture. Could be "About the role" includes that description. We'll include an About the role
with paragraphs.
- Then: "We have a current opening for a Project Engineer for our Building Group focusing on Multifamily and Commercial projects. The PE will work on projects within the Santa Cruz/Monterey area." That's also about the role.
- Then "Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:" followed by bullet list (semicolon separated). We'll convert to - .
- Then "Who you are:" with bullet list of traits (Strive to be great..., Fun & Friendly..., etc). Those are likely "Skills" or "Qualifications"? Could be "Skills". We'll treat as Skills.
- Then "Requirements Qualifications:" with list: Graduation from high school or equivalent; Construction Management Degree or similar preferred; Minimum 2 years experience... etc. That's qualifications/requirements. We'll separate maybe "Requirements" and "Qualifications"? The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have both Requirements and Qualifications content. We'll put them under appropriate headings.
- Then "Salary Range: $80,000/year - $110,000/year" => Pay section.
- Then "We offer competitive wages plus benefits and 401(k)." plus later Benefits list. So Benefits section.
- No explicit Schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section.
- Also there is mention of "We believe in taking care of our team..." etc but that's part of About the role.
- Also there is EEO boilerplate etc which we must remove.
- Also there is referral program etc maybe not needed? It's not a core section; could be part of Benefits? It's more about referral program. Might be considered part of Benefits? But it's not a benefit per se; it's a program. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Referral program is not boilerplate but maybe not essential; but we could include under Benefits? Might be considered a benefit? It's a referral incentive. Could be part of Benefits? However the instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The referral program is specific content. But we don't have a heading for Referral Program; we only have allowed headings. Could we put it under Benefits? It's not exactly a benefit but could be considered a perk. Safer to omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit referral program, we lose info. But we could incorporate it into Benefits as a bullet point? It's not a benefit but a program. Could we create a separate section? Not allowed headings besides those listed. Could we put it under "About the role"? Might be okay as extra paragraph.
Better to include referral program under Benefits as an extra bullet: "Employee Referral Program: ... Successful referrals can earn you an incentive!" That's a benefit.
Also "Join our Talent Community..." is also a program; could be under Benefits as well.
We'll include those as bullet points under Benefits.
Now we need to format.
We'll produce:
