Responsibilities and Duties

- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects. - Coordinate project activities, track progress, and address challenges. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job quantities. - Review and verify pay estimates for accuracy and compliance. - Prepare and submit Supplemental Agreements for project changes. - Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports, including subcontractor work logs, meter reading reports, and equipment usage summaries. - Act as the primary point of contact with subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Review and approve timesheets for accuracy and timely payment processing. - Ensure efficient resource use and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering or Construction Management bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written. - Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Excel. - Strong ability to work independently and with management. - Demonstrated ability to promote a safe work environment. - Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
