Project Engineer
About the role
Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Project Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to work with our Water group in our Reading, MA or Foxborough, MA office locations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing water utility designs including preparation of plans and specifications for permitting and construction for water treatment, pump station, storage, and water main projects.
- Evaluating drinking water treatment and distribution systems, designing and analyzing pilot studies.
- Full-scale designs and construction administration for water supply and treatment.
- Managing multiple projects and clients, including technical, budgetary, and client aspects.
- Delegating work to entry-level staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, REVIT (preferred).
- PE is preferred or ability to become licensed.
- Strong writing and verbal communications skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
Salary range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00
