  • Coordinate with the Facility Manager and teams to maintain quality in work process systems and assist in documenting standard work and training.
  • Utilize LEAN knowledge to ensure efficient facility and equipment layouts.
  • Analyze root causes for manufacturing issues and resolve them.
  • Provide technical product assistance when required.
  • Support project coordination, engineered products, and sales departments as needed.
  • Abide by all company safety rules, regulations, and policies, including attending safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other solid modeling software.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement, metric development, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with machinery, mechanical equipment, automation, construction methods, and equipment is preferred.
  • General knowledge of steel fabrication processes (e.g., welding, CNC milling, facing) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic engineering principles and strong mathematical ability is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and a quick learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
