Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, coordinate, and distribute project-specific information, authorizations, and project performance.
  • Maintain current documentation to ensure project data, compliance, budget, and schedule are up-to-date.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment to support organizational and client needs.
  • Evaluate contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary data, information, communications, and approvals from various stakeholders.
  • Maintain document and project control systems and procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Participate in project meetings to document, administer, and track relevant information and statuses.
  • Evaluate, track, and recommend changes to contractor, architect, engineer, and provider contractual requirements related to safety, performance, staffing, and equipment.
  • Analyze and evaluate change orders and provide recommendations to project leadership.
  • Ensure punch list resolution during project closeout and secure guarantees, warranties, as-built documents, and related provisions.
  • Provide high-quality services to meet Vanir's standards and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, or equivalent technical studies.
  • Preference for 1+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or architectural positions, or a combination of internships and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business fields such as business administration, accounting/finance, or management, with 1+ years of experience in project coordination and support on construction, engineering, or similar technical projects.
  • Knowledge and application of construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering, and construction principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Basic understanding and application of accounting, cost, administrative, and personnel interactions in professional settings.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project-related systems like Prolog, Sure Track, and Primavera.
  • Ability to represent Vanir and related entities professionally and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Salary Range

The posted salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 per year.
