PROJECT ENGINEER

About the role

Valley Construction is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team on new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, a strong background in construction, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
• Experience with project budgeting and cost control
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
