Responsibilities
- Aid in researching and documenting the procurement of all major equipment packages
- Manage (schedule and receive direction from) all owner-furnished equipment
- Administrate the tracking and logging of all information needed for Procurement, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Commissioning activities under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Attend jobsite construction and coordination meetings
- Collect documentation for field testing and owner acceptance
- Track and schedule final punch list items
- Collaborate with Product Manufacturers and Suppliers (PMS) on submitting necessary documentation for projects
- Participate in the shop drawing review process
- Schedule and document owner training sessions
- Contribute to close-out documents
- Utilize Primavera P6 software to track the project construction schedule
- Support logistics for major package deliveries and storage
- Monitor progress and adherence to scope of all subcontractors
- Assist in scheduling and documenting progress of sub-contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management
- One to Five years of construction experience, preferably in project scheduling
- Knowledge of Primavera P6
Pay
Full-time position
Schedule
Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
