Responsibilities
- Create documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence related to contract notification provisions.
- Read and understand construction plans and drawings, and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved according to technical specifications.
- Aid in the bid package process and assist with change orders.
- Assist with project close-out activities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience creating RFIs and client correspondence.
- 1-3 years of experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings.
- Experience with project close-out processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of equivalent experience.
Skills
Strong communication and client service skills are essential. Flexibility and adaptability are also key traits for this role.
