Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of HVAC projects with a focus on Chillers, Cooling Systems, and related HVAC infrastructure.
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities from kickoff to final handover.
• Cookordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Ensure project completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Track project progress and prepare MIS/project status reports.
• Manage site resources, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to EHS and company compliance standards.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in HVAC Project Execution.
• Mandatory experience in Chiller Projects (Air-Cooled / Water-Cooled Chillers).
• Proven experience in Project Management, Site Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, piping, cooling towers, AHUs, and control systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling large industrial, commercial, refinery, petrochemical, data center, or manufacturing projects.
• Exposure to EPC/project delivery environments.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
