Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain project logs for Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID), expediting their resolution.
• Aid in project setup activities, such as establishing project filing systems and loading commercial information onto ERP systems.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage documentation flow through formal document control systems, including issuance and receipt to clients and suppliers.
• Collaborate on procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Handle client invoicing, variations, and project update reports, providing necessary documentation and evidence.
• Contribute to the continuous development of departmental processes and procedures.

About you

We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience in Construction, Manufacturing, or Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to provide valuable insights.
