Responsibilities
- Develop industry relationships and expand professional networks.
- Create and maintain the internal and external project logs.
- Maintain internal and external reports.
- Affiliate with the Project Manager(s) to update project tasks in software systems.
- Process Requests for Information, Submittals, Drawing Logs, and other management tools.
- Ensure proper bid documents are sent to bidders.
- Build and maintain the bidders list.
- Maintain current construction documents.
- Receive and act upon RFI’s from contractors.
- Support the management of the day-to-day project including responding to pay requests, change orders, RFI’s, submittals, contracts, purchase orders, and closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in large, complex facility construction
- On-site experience in the management of new construction and the renovation of existing assets
- Basic MEP knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid Driver's License
- LEED AP preferred
