Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, documentation, and information
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensuring client needs are met as projects evolve
- Participating in site meetings
- Aiding in preparing action plans using resources from time and budget projects
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards
- Maintaining project progress and responding to issues as they arise
- Acting as a point of contact and communicating project status to all participants
- Collaborating with project and program managers to eliminate project blockers
- Utilizing tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenses/expenditures
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, plans, and reports
- Ensuring standards and requirements are met through quality assurance testing
- Managing small moves, adds, and changes
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of field and project planning experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Planner, Project)
- Strong working knowledge of BlueBeam and PlanGrid
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
