Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in the customer-required format
- Perform schedule variance analysis and provide weekly and monthly updates to customer scheduling personnel
- Support resource loading and forecasting activities for IPT functions based on approved schedules
- Lead and support program planning sessions, coordination meetings, and routine status events
- Prepare and maintain action item logs, meeting notes, and forward-looking activity plans
- Support risk, issue, and opportunity tracking and reporting using customer-provided tools
- Coverage of program documentation and deliverables to meet customer formatting requirements and incorporate all customer comments
- Cook up and coordinate closely with IPT members to ensure alignment to schedule, plans, and milestones
- Support hardware documentation processes, including compliance-related certifications as required
- Work onsite within the customer's required work schedule (typically a 4x10 workweek)
Requirements
- Active, in-scope Secret security clearance required
- 5+ years of work experience in project engineering, program coordination, or schedule integration in an aerospace or defense environment
- Experience with IMS development, schedule analysis, or program planning tools
- Experience supporting risk, issue, and opportunity management processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical and programmatic meetings
- Ability to work onsite and comply with customer work schedule requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline preferred
- Experience supporting complex hardware development or test equipment programs
- Familiarity with customer-specific risk and issue tracking systems, including Boeing Opportunity Risk and Issue System (BORIS)
- Background in Project Planning & Control (PP&C), Earned Value concepts, or IPT coordination
- Experience with configuration management or certification documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline preferred
- Experience supporting complex hardware development or test equipment programs
