Project Engineer
Job Description
MMR is seeking Project Engineer candidates to manage project engineering workflows including RFIs, submittals, document control, design clarifications, material procurement support, scope tracking, installation work packages, reporting, and coordination with construction and quality teams. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following:
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications
- Maintain document control and tracking logs
- Support procurement and material expediting
- Cook up drawing revisions and engineering communications
- Track scope changes and assist with change documentation
- Cook up with construction, quality, and safety departments to generate weekly and monthly reports consisting of project status and financials
- Ensure Field Engineers perform installation audits and tracking updates for accurate client reporting
- Aid Superintendents, Procurement, and Logistics team with bill of material for installation work packages
- Aid Assistant Project Managers with design revisions and change management process
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years project electrical engineering or construction support experience
- Must have knowledge of electrical labor and material estimation and understand RFIs, submittals, drawing control, work packages, material tracking, labor and productivity tracking
- Able to support logs, reporting, and field execution documentation
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay
Pay: $48-$50/hour based on experience
Schedule
Per Diem: $1,000/week
Work Schedule: 60hr/week
