The Project Engineer will support the project team with submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation. The role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget, while providing strong opportunities for growth into a Project Manager role.Client DetailsA company in the property industry located in Los Angeles.DescriptionAssist in planning and managing construction projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues to maintain project timelines.Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with the construction team to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions.Support communication between stakeholders to align on project objectives and updates.Track and report project performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
