Project Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Utilize your electrical engineering knowledge to design, review, and ensure the proper installation of electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Cookordination with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Address technical challenges and issues as they arise during the project, proposing effective solutions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide technical support and expertise as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably in the electrical construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

Work Environment: Indoor office setting with controlled temperature. Frequent visits to outdoor construction sites with exposure to weather extremes. Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
