About the Role

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role provides hands-on learning and rapid career advancement opportunities. The integration program ensures you make a significant impact early in your career.

Responsibilities

• Utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, and safety plans
• Develop and track work objectives, replan based on feedback and performance
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives
• Gain hands-on experience through daily preparation plan and project execution process
• Assist with estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, prep & forming of structural slabs, production tracking, quantity take-offs, slab on grade prep, slab on metal deck prep, and more

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
• Completed a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field by start date, or equivalent work or military experience
• Drive to excel and readiness for growth opportunities
