Project Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot production issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Conduct regular process evaluations and make improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong technical skills in manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
