Project Engineer
Job Details
We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in the construction industry. This dynamic role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that builds and shapes the infrastructure of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
- Preparing and managing RFIs, submittals, and document controls with a high level of accuracy.
- Coinciding with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project specifications are met.
- Utilizing construction management software, such as Bluebeam, for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Managing procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and coordinating deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
- Resolving any on-site issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
- Providing regular progress updates to project stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintaining a high level of quality control throughout every phase of the project.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience with RFIs, submittals, and document control.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy in grammar and writing.
- Proficiency in construction management software, specifically Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.

Job Details
Salary: $75,000 - $89,000 per year
