Responsibilities
- Ensure project designs meet industry and company safety standards.
- Serve as job representative and address all safety issues that arise with contractors brought on site for the execution of capital projects to deliver best-in-class HSE performance.
- Support Process Hazard Analysis and Management of Change (MOCs).
- Update required drawings, and records and final documentation of project changes to maintain proper integrity management.
- Avoid new installations from adhering to INEOS Group Guidance Notes.
- Implement, complete project designs and all aspects of capital projects.
Qualifications
- BS Chemical/Mech/or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of chemical plant experience
- Project experience strongly preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards: e.g. ASME, API, ASTM, ANSI, NEC, ect.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with scheduling software like Microsoft Project

Physical Requirements
- Outside Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs.

- Achieve SHE metric targets for safety and environmental incidents
- Execute projects that fully meet the stated project’s objectives
- Timely support for Project Managers
- Complete project on budget
- Complete projects on schedule and within deadlines
- Adhere all company standards and processes
- Proper reporting on project status and metrics
